Shipping policy
**Our shipping policy only applies to customers outside of mainland China who have made purchases on herbeast.co
All processes take some time. It relates to stock confirmation and quality inspection, so we usually deliver the goods within 3-5 days after you place your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
We will notify you of your waybill information by email after shipment.
